Speedwell Supply brings a universal use bag for almost any bike.  Suitable for taller bars 6” and above, sissy bars, forks, side bags, panniers, struts, etc.  The molle connections and D-Rings give you infinite flexibility to mount it almost anywhere.  And because of its connections, you can attach these to other bags for additional storage.

However not waterproof, the tape seams provide good weather resistance.
